Configure the questionnaire to accept only registered members. Publish a direct link to invite arbitrary users. Please advise them to register with our system first (for free of course) before trying to access the questionnaire. |

Most people will not bother to register just in order to respond to a questionnaire. Therefore this option should be used mostly when the potential responders are committed to you, for example, your employees or your students or any group of people who know you in person. Theoretically some people might register multiple times and identify themselves by a different mailbox each time if they own more than one mailbox, but this is not likely to happen much (if at all). Please note, that although the responders should register, their email addresses are not attached to the responses. The anonymity of the responders is kept. |

Configure a password protected questionnaire. Disclose the direct link and the password only to relevant potential responders. |

Should you choose this option you would probably distribute the questionnaire to people in a specific mailing list. Please note that anyone that knows the password can access the questionnaire, so this options is best choice when you can count on your addressees not to disclose the password to unauthorized users. Usually people who know you in person (such as your colleagues, employees, students etc) will honor the request to keep the password undisclosed. |

Configure a mailbox-based filter . Publish the direct link to relevant potential responders. Only registered members whose mailbox matches the filter-rules can access the questionnaire. |

For example, suppose you want to manage a survey at your workplace, you can configure the appropriate mailbox-based filter (e.g.: @mycompany.com) so only people from your company that have a mailbox with the relevant domain can respond to the questionnaire. Publish the direct link to the questionnaire to all employees, please advise them to register with our system first (for free of course) before trying to access the questionnaire. Please note, that although the responders should register, their email addresses are not attached to the responses. The anonymity of the responders is kept. |

We send invitations on your behalf to respond to your questionnaire to all mailboxes listed in a mailing list you provide to us. Each mailbox receives a unique invitation-code, so we can make sure that each invitee can respond to your questionnaire only once. The invitees are not required to provide the password (instead they provide the invitation-code which proves they were invited and are allowed to access the questionnaire). The purpose of the password is to exclude other users who might try to access your questionnaire without an invitation. Please note, that although the unique invitations are sent to each mailbox, the email addresses are not attached to the responses. The anonymity of the invitees is kept. |
