Invitations
About
We send invitations on your behalf to respond to your questionnaire to all mailboxes listed in a mailing list you provide to us. Each mailbox receives a unique invitation-code, so we can make sure that each invitee can respond to your questionnaire only once.
Invitees that provides a valid invitation code are assumed to be explicitly requested by you and have access to the questionnaire regardless to any other means of exclusion you might have configured. Including-
- Access to password protected questionnaires. Invitees will not be asked to provide any password (the invitation-code is actually a password substitute)
- Access to "members-only" questionnaire. Invitees will not be asked to register with our system.
- Access to questionnaires with mailbox-based filter . Invitees will have access to such questionnaires even if their mailbox is not confirmed by any of the filter-rules.
If you protect the questionnaire with a password and invitations is the only way to access the questionnaire you have full control over who are the individuals that may access it.
Please note, that although the unique invitations are sent to each mailbox, the email addresses are not attached to the responses. The anonymity of the invitees is kept.
Procedure
First publish the questionnaire normally as a premium questionnaire .
Post to us a list of email addresses. Please attach the list as a simple text file - one mailbox per line. We may accept other formats such as simple CSV or XML files.
We will review the questionnaire and the list of invitees, and send you a quotation and a payment link. Prices starts from $52 plus $0.12 for each invitee.
Once we receive a confirmation for the payment we shall post the invitations. Due to security reasons and to avoid being mistakenly suspected as spammers, we may limit the distribution to several hundreds of messages a day, so sending the whole bulk of messages may take several days to complete.
After about a week we shall post reminder messages to those invitees that have not yet responded to the questionnaire.
Privacy statement: The email addresses will be used solely to send the invitations and be used by our system to assure that no user respond more than once to each questionnaire. The addresses will not be used to send any spam messages.

Legal:
We reserve the right to prevent this service should we, in our sole discretion, believe that the invitations are used as a spam advertisement, or the questionnaire may conflict with our term of services, or for any reason or for no reason at all.
The publisher waives any claim or request to know who are the individuals that accepted or responded to the invitation, or any request that might conflict with our privacy policy.
