You may seamlessly embed questionnaires in your website by copying a simple HTML code.
Prerequisites: Although the instructions are as simple as copy-paste some knowledge in HTML is required. The instructions are for website maintainers and developers.
The main advantage of this option is:
If you have not done it already, create your questionnaire .
Use the next form to generate HTML code.
Copy the generated code and paste it somewhere in your HTML document's body where the questionnaire should be shown.
interactions with other scripts or style sheets: On some rare cases there could be some unexpected interactions that might interfere either of the scripts or style sheets. It is highly recommended you run the proper tests in your test environment before using this script in your real website.
Security: For security reasons, embedding questionnaires in external websites is enabled only for questionnaires that are configured to be publicly available (ie, open to all visitors, have no password protection, are not under-construction etc.) If the questionnaire is configured to use any security measure, a redirection link to our website will be shown instead the questionnaire itself.
Dimensions: The questionnaire is extracted using the normal flow as defined by HTML specifications. If the questionnaire is extracted into a space that is bounded too narrowly the questionnaire might be shown improperly. Commonly the minimum recommended width that suffices for most questionnaires is at least 400 pixels (or 600 pixels when Show Results is set to INTERNALLY ).
One questionnaire per web page. Do not use this script multiple times in a single web page. You may use <IFRAME> or <FRAMESET> as a workaround.
Legal: The website's general terms of service apply with the additions set here forth. This document is provided AS IS without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The user assumes the entire risk of using any script or code mentioned in this document. The user is not allowed to place any interfering script or code concurrently with our script in the same webpage. Placing any script or code that either tampers or eavesdrops to any of the contents, information or operations done by our script is a violation of the terms of service.
